Return Policy

Any item purchased from Unique Feats may be returned within 30 days of date received for an exchange or a full refund excluding shipping/insurance cost, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and stone(s) is unscratched and unmarred. You must email us at info@uniquefeats.com  before returning the item to obtain a return authorization number, otherwise the package cannot be accepted. All returns must be shipped with the same gift box it was received in.  Please package the return well, as we are not be responsible for items damaged in shipping. We recommend all returns be insured. Please note UPS provides up to $100.00 insurance without additional charge.  We are not responsible for shipping/insurance cost of the return. If you choose not to insure the return, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 
Holiday/Christmas gift returns – please email us by January 5 if you wish to return or exchange an item received as a Christmas or Holiday Gift.  Please provide the name of the purchaser in the email.  All returned items must be postmarked by January 10.  Please package the return well, as we will not be responsible for items damaged in shipping.  We recommend all returns be insured.
